- Community Affairs has a proud tradition of being among the most active MSA committees. We are dedicated to helping our community through events that are both effective and fun. Community Affairs also reaches out extensively to various organizations and groups on and off campus, as community service is the perfect venue for bringing people together. The committee’s focus for this year is moving towards smaller, but recurring events, as consistency is the key to making a real impact.
- Community Affairs organizes events such as: Ramadan Food Drive, Blood Drive, Habitat for Humanity Build, Pink Hijab Day, Sandwich Run, Lecture, occasional recurring events, and more as suggested by the committee members
- We are always looking for suggestions! The best way is to join the committee – that way you will be there when decisions are made. However, if you have an idea for an interesting event that would be of benefit to our community, do not hesitate to contact us!
- We are currently looking for External/Promotional Coordinators, Events Coordinators and Event volunteers
- Volunteer with the Community Affairs Committee by filling out this Get Involved! Form:
