If you are an external group or organization that is interested in working with or requires the assistance of the MSA on an upcoming event or initiative then you must fill out the following request form to be considered by the MSA executive. This form must be filled out at least five (5) weeks before the proposed event date to be considered. Applications submitted less than five (5) weeks before the event date will be considered at the discretion of the MSA exec.
Filling out this form does not guarantee the request will be filled, nor that MSA is required to be involved or endorses the event.
