How can we balance our Islamic priorities with our lives as students? How can we fulfill our goals as Muslims in this modern, secular environment?

We are pleased to welcome Shaykh Yahya Rhodus, an esteemed international Islamic scholar, to the University of Toronto St. George Campus this Thursday, September 11th, at 6:30 pm (Multi-Faith Centre), to address these questions. Sh. Yahya converted to Islam and spent many years studying in Mauritania and in Dar al-Mustafa in Tarim, Yemen, where he currently resides.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn from one of our respected scholars!

The lecture will conclude with Maghrib Salah and Iftar will be served after the event. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with Sh. Yahya during Iftar.

This event is brought to you in partnership with Reviving the Islamic Spirit (RIS).

When : Thursday, September 11, 6.30 p.m. until Magrib
Where: Multifaith Center, Koffler Institute, 569 Spadina Ave.
