Do you remember the feelings of anticipation, curiosity and maybe even a little anxiety that you had at the start of your new and exciting University career, the butterflies and nervous twitches that you once had during the whole high school to university transition? However the Muslim Student’s Association is here to make this transition as smooth and fun as possible. Frosh Week is an opportunity for new students to get to know the campus, participate in activities, meet new people and make life long friends. The Muslims Students Association is excited to organize their first event of the 2010/2011 academic school year and we want you to be a part of it. In order to make this event a success we need dedicated people to be:
- Advertising coordinator
- Networking with the colleges (2-3 people)
- Networking with other cultural clubs on campus (1 person)
- Creating video promotions and trailer (1 person)
- Day coordinators/ event planners (4+ people)
- Food coordinator (1-2 people)
- Fundraising and sponsorship coordinator (2-3 people)
- Volunteer recruitment Coordinator (1 person)
- Registration Coordinator (1 person)
- Photography and video coordinator (1-2 people)
