Why has this man meant so much for so many different people?
A one time criminal, prisoner, politician, civil rights leader and a Muslim–he was a man who had undergone remarkable transformations during his lifetime while being committed to speaking the truth. His desire for justice inspires us all.
Imam Yasin Dwyer will lecture on the different sides to Malcolm X and there will be a Q and A session at the end of the lecture.

Yasin Dwyer was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is currently the only Muslim Chaplain with Correctional Service of Canada and is actively involved in developing support systems for Muslim ex-offenders.
Students for World Justice will also discuss a new subcommittee dealing with letter-writing to prisoners during the end of the event.
